How it works
1. Choose a time
Pick a day and time that suits you. Times are shown in your own time zone.
2. Pay securely
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, in Canadian dollars or Bangladeshi taka.
3. Get your client portal
Right after paying, you get a username and password for our secure client portal.
4. Meet on Zoom
We email you the Zoom link and a calendar invite. Join at your booked time.

Before your consultation
- Write down the questions you want to ask.
- Keep your passport and any letters from IRCC close by.
- Note any deadlines, such as when your permit or visa expires.

Your consultant
Consultations are with MD Hasan Shajjad Iqbal, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (licence R526371). You can check the licence on the public register.

The consultation fee is non-refundable. To reschedule, call or email us at least 48 hours before your consultation. Read the full return policy.
Questions about consultations
Is the first consultation free?
No. The initial consultation is a paid one-hour meeting with a licensed consultant. Our self-assessment form is free.
Can I book from outside Canada?
Yes. Consultations are on Zoom, and times are shown in your own time zone. Clients in Bangladesh can pay in taka.
Which languages do you speak?
We hold consultations in English, Bengali and Hindi.
What happens after the consultation?
If you want our help with an application, we explain the service and its fee and sign a written retainer agreement with you.
